目的 探索医院制剂中心对药学毕业实习生教学模式建立与实践。方法 笔者总结了医院制剂中心药师培训带教方法及培训内容。同时结合制剂的专业特点,将每个制剂的工作环节设计成规范化表格和教案的形式,建立了医院制剂培训体系。结果 通过系统化、规范化医院制剂中心教学培训模式,强化评估考核,有利于药学实习生快速掌握相关知识,使整个培训带教工作井然有序,规范进行,取得了较好的培训效果。结论 我院制剂中心的培训体系在培训目标、培训制度、考核等方面持续改进,优化药学毕业实习生的专业知识和技能,为促进医院制剂发展储备力量。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore and research the teaching METHODS of pharmacy graduate traineesin the hospital preparation center. METHODS This article madeasummary of the teaching METHODS and contents of the pharmacist training in the hospital preparation center. Meanwhile, inconsideration of professional characteristics, a hospital preparation training system was established in the form of standardized tables and teaching plans designed for each work procedure. RESULTS The systematic and standardized training mode and intensive assessment are helpful for pharmacy interns to quickly master relevant knowledge. The entire training work is carried out in an orderly and standardized manner, and a good training effect is madeinthe hospital preparation center. CONCLUSION The training system of the preparation center in our hospital has been continuously optimizedin terms of training OBJECTIVEs, training systems, and assessments.It is beneficial to improvethe professional knowledge and skills of pharmacy graduates andcultivate talents for the development of hospital preparations.
